Dallas Collins

Dallas’s Story

I joined White Lodging because of their Quest for Excellence in all areas. White Lodging is a company that strives to be the best hotel in each market that we operate. I wanted to work for a company that closely aligns with beliefs and values that are important to me such as continually looking to improve, always striving for excellence, and never being satisfied with the “status quo”. Having worked for other hotel companies including a leading brand management company it was important to me to work for a company that believes in hiring only the best talent in the market place. I enjoy working with others that have the same desire that I have and that is to be the best that we can possibly be. It makes coming to work fun and exciting when you have a team full of top performers and being able to collaborate with them to achieve excellence.

I believe that Bruce White’s vision and philosophies on the hotel industry are right on target and is what has made White Lodging so successful. Bruce believes that the people of White Lodging are what separates us from other management companies and what has made White Lodging so successful and I couldn’t agree more. I also joined White Lodging because the training processes they have in place and the importance that White Lodging places on training and people. I also like that White Lodging partners with leading hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Starwood that have a rich heritage of hospitality and sustainability. As our website states “White Lodging is not for Everyone” but it is for those who strive for excellence, who are tired of the status quo, who like to be rewarded for their results, and who want to be apart of an exciting growth oriented company.

I attribute my success to hard work, great mentors, and a desire to be the very best that I can be. I feel that the majority of each person’s success has to come from an internal desire for excellence and never being satisfied with what you achieved yesterday. Sure we are going to celebrate our success absolutely, but yesterdays successes is old news and our customers and associates want to know what are we doing today to make their stay excellent or to make our hotel the best place to work. I believe that White Lodging shares this mindset and this is what helps make each one of us successful.
