AnneRenee’s Story

I first met White Lodging when they came to Michigan State to recruit while I was in school there. During the interview process I met many White Lodging managers, who truly made me feel like I was a good fit for the company.

I knew at the time that I joined White Lodging that I loved hotel operations. During my first position at the Courtyard Magnificent Mile my General Manager helped me to realize what other skills I had to grow in my career. Through his mentoring and other managers’ willingness to share their job responsibilities with me, I discovered my passion and talent for sales. If he had not taken the time to truly get to know me, I don’t know that I would have taken this path.

I have now been in sales for several years and loving it. White Lodging has truly taken an interest in helping me achieve my personal and professional goals. I plan to have a very long career with this company.
