
I had interviewed with White Lodging during college and was very impressed with the company and the culture. At that time though, I knew I wanted to be placed directly in a sales position and that did not match up at the time with White Lodging so I went to work for Marriott International. I had friends that worked for the company and kept me informed about the growth and development.
Then I was looking to move back to Indianapolis and my Regional Vice President for Marriott International told me about some great developments that White Lodging was doing in downtown Indianapolis. He connected me to the right people and I learned the depth White Lodging had in the market and knew that they were a company that I would want to engage.
After meeting with the President of the company, the Regional Vice President and the pre-opening Sales Leader in Indianapolis, I was confident I had found the right company. They spoke of key objectives regarding accountability, competitive spirit and passion to succeed. These resonated with me and I accepted the opportunity to join the company. A great decision for my career and my professional growth!
